I have had the privilege of Chef Zach cooking some incredible meals in my home for various parties. Zach's food is amazing. All of his details perfection. I've worked with various chefs through the years, but Chef Zach is very special.  Working with Zach is a super pleasure!

I cannot say enough about Zach's catering and his gourmet quality food. I have tried many items he has made both hot and cold, entrees and sides at a series of meetings. There is not one item I didn't love. So I asked him for a business card. 

He is courteous and made accommodations tailored just to me. I asked for three large salads each one having different ingredients and dressing from scratch. The salads were a hit at the party. I had guests asking for the  dressing recipes, asking what was in the salads and telling me how wonderful they were. I explained they were catered by Zach Johnan.

I have to say if your looking for delicious gourmet quality food from a professional look no further!

Special thanks to Zach, the chef who made our anniversary dinner extra special and with some of the best food I've had the privilege of eating. He also happened to be the chef that prepared the amazing food for our wedding! Couldn't be happier!
